The Owner/Operator, Scott Perry is a jack-of-all trades with 20 years of directly related experience and an education in Construction Technology Management.

 

Born and raised in Prince Edward Island, he has the experience to get the job done.  Carpentry, Estimating/Contractor Sales, Engineering Services, Handyman and landscaping Services.

I keep my prices reasonable by keeping my overhead low.  I work with the schedule of customers, trades men and women, while representing the interest of the property owners.

 

As the property manager, and or project manager, I look after carpentry, maintenance, repair and labour, while providing construction and landscaping services to the property owners.
